Welcome to Land Boys. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the lawn care, landscaping, tree cutting, and property beautification services we provide. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Services We Provide

Land Boys provides professional lawn care, landscaping, tree cutting and trimming, bush and shrub maintenance, flower and plant installation, mulch and decorative stone work, grass seeding, leaf removal, yard cleanup, and related property beautification services for residential and commercial properties in our service area.

All work is performed outdoors and is subject to weather, site conditions, and safe access. We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust the scope of work if conditions would create a safety risk or prevent quality results.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided based on the information you supply, either online, by phone, or during an on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change if the actual scope, property conditions, or requested materials differ from what was described at the time of the estimate.

3. Scheduling and Access

You will receive a scheduled service window once your appointment is confirmed. Someone over the age of 18 must be available to grant access to the property, or you must provide prior written authorization for our team to enter the work area. Please secure pets, vehicles, and valuable items before our arrival.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or repeated no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed in your service quote. Recurring lawn care is typically billed monthly. Larger landscaping, tree work, or cleanup projects may require a deposit before work begins. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as communicated at booking.

Late payments may incur a service charge and may result in suspension of recurring services until the account is brought current.

6. Satisfaction and Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. Plant and sod warranties, when offered, are limited to proper installation and care conditions and will be described in your project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Land Boys takes care to avoid damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, fences, structures, and landscaping features. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, conditions that are not reasonably visible, or issues caused by inaccurate property information provided by the customer.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and before-and-after photography, is the property of Land Boys or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Information you submit through our website is used only to provide estimates, schedule services, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information. For more details, please contact us directly.
